JUST IN: Lai Mohammed accidentally admits President Buhari is allegedly in a London hospital.

Reports just reaching vellonews.blogspot.com indicates that President Muhammadu Buhari 

has allegedly been hospitalized in London.

Lai Mohammed during a programme on Channels TV had intentions of talking about made-

in-Nigeria goods but accidentally admitted that the president is in a UK hospital.

President Muhammadu Buhari departed for London, UK for medical treatment shortly after 

he received the 82 released Chibok girls. The president has rarely been seen in public for a 

while fuelling speculation about his state of health. He left the country on Sunday, May 7 

after he met with the vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Senate president, Bukola 

Saraki and Speaker Yakubu Dogara.

Before departing, Buhari told Nigerians in a statement, that there was “no cause for worry” 

and that the country was safely in the hands of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. Acting 

President Osinbajo has taken charge since he left, with the signing of executive orders on 

Thursday, May 18, as one of his major moves since Buhari left for his medical vacation.
