- Boxing champion Amir Khan was chased through the streets during a road rage attack when a car rammed into his £100,000 Range Rover.
Khan, 30, was attacked by a group of men in his hometown of Bolton in Greater Manchester, when his designer 4x4 was involved in an accident.Violence erupted when the two parties confronted each other over the collision, thought to have been caused when the boxer took a wrong turn. - It is believed several men set on Khan with one man throwing a punch in his direction.No arrests have been made in relation to the incident, which took place at around 9.15pm on Friday, reports the Sun.A Greater Manchester Police spokeswoman said: 'We were called to reports of road rage incident/assault.'It appears the person driving has made a wrong turn and this has angered the person behind them and there's been an altercation.'The driver of the first car was punched. There were no arrests. Anyone with information should contact us.
