The Ex On The Beach star stripped naked and got wet in full view of the public as she took a poolside shower in Turkey.
Jemma, who shot to fame with her potty mouth, sexual antics and hook-ups with the likes of Gaz Beadle and Scotty T , recently spoke about her desire to get a bigger behind.
She's now flown to Turkey to have plastic surgery on her butt as part of a Brazilian butt lift, which 'harvests' fat from the stomach, chin and outer thighs and injects it into the buttocks to give a more rounded shape.
The heavily tattooed glamour model has been documenting her cosmetic surgery progress on Snapchat, revealing last week that she was "stuffing [her] face" with junk food and calorific snacks in a bid to put on as much weight as possible before the procedure.
It came after one of her friends told a newspaper Jemma was having the surgery, to which the star slammed her as a "c***" to her followers.
